Drug Interaction Problems
Drug interaction occurs when two or more drugs are taken simultaneously and the combination results in a new side effect. One of the drugs may be rendered more or less potent, or an entirely new effect may arise. Unfortunately, sometimes the side effects may be dangerous and cause injury or harm to a patient.
Drug manufacturers include labels with their product, indicating specific drugs with which they are not to be taken concurrently. If a doctor should know about a possible conflict between a series of drugs but prescribes them anyway, he may be liable to the patient if the patient suffers injury or harm.
If you or someone you know has been injured due to a drug interaction, you may be entitled to monetary compensation. Please fill out the form below for a free evaluation of your claim by an experienced attorney. There is no cost or obligation for this service.
